INGREDIENTS:
1 cups hot unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1/2 cup brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon collagen peptides of choice
2 dropperfuls (2mL) Turkey Tail tincture
2 dropperfuls (2mL) Chaga tincture
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cloves
¼ tsp vanilla extract
optional: sweeten with 1 date or 1 teaspoon raw local honey
DIRECTIONS:
Steam your milk, brew your coffee, and then place all ingredients together in a high-speed blender on high for 30 seconds, or whisk until smooth. Spoon reserved foam on top and serve hot. Inhale. Exhale. Enjoy.
Tip: For a decadent garnish, add a healthy dollop of coconut whipped cream on top!
