First time trying mushroom tinctures. They seem to be effective! I add a few drops to my coffee. The tinctures last quite a while. I am happy with the results so far. The products are packaged beautifully. Great customer service too!

I have been using Kate's products for a few years now, and aside from contracting COVID (which was unavoidable for us all), my immune system has been stronger than ever. I rarely get sick, along with mid day crashes I used to routinely suffer from. My skin has been the clearest it has ever been, my hair health is thriving and growing again, and I truly feel safer knowing I have medicinal mushrooms in my corner. I don't see them ever not being part of my daily routine for the rest of my life. I was a user of the Classic blend for awhile, but more recently purchased the ritual of mushroom set. As a designer, I am obsessed with the branding and aesthetic of my orders when they arrive. I also loveee the booklet that comes with the set that includes recipes and descriptions for each mushroom blend. I love mixing and matching the tinctures in either my coffee or tea, or sometimes straight under my tongue. I look forward to continuing treating my body with love and care for the rest of my life. Your body cannot digest medicinal mushrooms nearly as well until a water-alcohol double extraction is performed (like in this amazing product!). I'd rate this 10 stars if I could!

These tinctures have been a staple of my morning routine for the past year and the results are simply amazing, more energy, more clarity, better sleep and can't remember when was the last time that I was sick (and I routinely run and meditate in the cold rain).
As a neuroscientist and friend of Paul Stamets I'm well aware of all the benefits mushrooms confer to our bodies (Reishi, Chaga & Cordyceps) and minds (Lion's Mane for its promising neurotrophic effects and as a treatment for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's). Fun facts: without mushrooms our mammals would probably not exist and their spores might have brought life to Earth. The fascinating field of astromycology is looking into ways how to harness mycelium to facilitate space travel, but I digress.
The point is this company has a fantastic ethos, an amazing team and top notch products!
