How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is based on your distance from our manufacturing facility in Denver, CO.

We do offer international shipping for a respectively increased shipping charge, based on the country you are shipping to.

How long will my order take?

All our products ship straight from our FDA-compliant manufacturing facility in Denver, CO you.

Standard shipping

Delivery to:

East Coast: Usually within 4 business days.

West Coast: Usually within 3 business days.

Non-contiguous US: within 5-12 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email or text containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Will I need to sign for my order?

No, your order will not require a signature.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer orders delivered within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and China.


To place an order to be delivered to another country, please contact us directly and we can assist.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can order?

There is no limit, but for orders of 20 items or more, we encourage you to send us an email through our contact us page - we may be able to give you a discount!

Can I place an order for delivery to multiple addresses?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. We invite you to place these orders separately.

How do I use promo codes?

If you have received a promotion code, you may input it into the "promo code" field at checkout, and your discount will be applied before submitting the order.

If you are trying to purchase a subscription, the "promo code" box will not appear as the subscriptions already come with a 15% discount, woo hoo!

When can I expect a response from hello@uphoricurth.com?

Our team will do our best to answer your question within 72 hours, although it can take up to 7 days to receive a response as our team is busy working on delivering the highest quality mushroom products to you, straight from the farm!

What is the return policy?

Once an order has been placed, the product is not eligible for cancellation nor returns. As these are consumable products, we cannot refund nor process returns once they have left the facility. This ensures the safety and freshness for all products, with minimal interception.
