How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is based on your distance from our farm in upstate New York.
We do offer international shipping for a respectively increased shipping charge, based on the country you are shipping to.
How long will my order take?
All our products ship straight from the farm in upstate NY to you.
East Coast: Usually within 4 business days, but due to COVID, may take up to 7 business days after placing your order.
West Coast: Usually within 4-6 business days, but due to COVID, may take up to 9 business days after placing your order.
Non-contiguous US: within 12-24 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email or text containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Will I need to sign for my order?
No, your order will not require a signature.
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders placed on the US website can only be delivered within the United States.
To place an order to be delivered to another country, please contact us directly to make an inquiry.
Is there a limit on the number of items I can order?
There is no limit, but for orders of 20 items or more, we encourage you to send us an email through our contact us page - we may be able to give you a discount!
Can I place an order for delivery to multiple addresses?
We are unable to process split shipments within one order. We invite you to place these orders separately.
How do I use promo codes?
If you have received a promotion code, you may input it into the "promo code" field at checkout, and your discount will be applied before submitting the order.
If you are trying to purchase a subscription, the "promo code" box will not appear as the subscriptions already come with a 15% discount, woo hoo!
When can I expect a response from firstname.lastname@example.org?
Our team will do our best to answer your question within 72 hours, although it can take up to 7 days to receive a response as our team is busy working on delivering the highest quality mushroom products to you, straight from the farm!
What is the returns policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If a bottle breaks in transit or somehow you receive a defective product, we are happy to send out a replacement or refund you for the full cost of the product within 30 days.
You may email email@example.com any of our products do not meet your expectations. Please include your order number and a description of the reason for the desired return. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us a picture of your broken/defective product to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will send you a replacement shipment out to the same shipping address as previously provided.
